In my opinion, e-bikes are a very good idea for reducing cars on the street, but I think it’s wrong when they are ridden in the middle of cars, on the streets. I believe they should always ride on cycling lanes, however, with a speed limit. A major problem is when the bike path is on the sidewalk, like on Laranjeiras Street, for example, because it disturbs pedestrians and may cause serious accidents.
