It was an exhausting day, and Max was finally home. She was a 14 year old girl that didn’t have many friends at school. For her, friends at school were unnecessary, but she sometimes missed some company.

Especially today, she had received a math test, and her classmates made fun of her score. She was really intelligent, but she couldn’t focus.

At home, she went straight to her room and sat on the floor, in front of her mirror. She was crying a lot. Suddenly, she heard someone calling. “Max, Max”, it said. She looked around and had a surprise.

There was someone inside the mirror! At first, she was afraid, but then they started chatting and spent the whole afternoon talking. Some hours later, she went downstairs to eat something, but when she came back the mirror girl disappeared.

That whole time it was Max talking to herself. She realized how cool she was, and even though she was a little shy, the next day she would try to make some friends.
