Formula 1 day is a very exciting championship for people who love fast cars and racing. It started after World War II. Before that, there were car races, however there were no official rules or championships.

In 1950, the first official formula 1 Championship was created. The first race was in England, on May 13, 1950. Before, the races weren’t very safe like they are today.

Now, the formula 1 world champion is Max Verstappen; He got his 4th consecutive title in 2024. In 2025, Lando Norris is the leader of the championship with 62 points, followed by Max Verstappen with 61 points (as of April 12th).
