Every two years, the festival known as “Rock in Rio” takes place in Rio de Janeiro, although this event can also occur in Spain, USA and Portugal in other years. Have you ever been to RiR?

Next year, the concerts will happen on September, 13th, 14th, 15th, 19th, 20th, 21th, however, in the first edition at “Cidade do Rock”, in 1985, the shows happened for ten days in a row, in January. Even though the tourists and natives were expecting hot temperatures, as it was summer, it rained a lot, but they were still enjoying it regardless of the mud everywhere.

Which artists would you like to see performing on the stage? The name is Rock in Rio, but it doesn’t include just rock artists. There are other genders and musicians such as Bruno Mars, Queen (1985), Beyonce, Ludmilla, Justin Bieber and many more.

One thing that people generally like is their structure that encompasses food trucks, attractions to entertain themselves and brand kiosks. It’s one event that everyone should have the opportunity to go to.
