Since I was a little girl, I have always loved healthy eating. However, when I started to have an even more balanced and nutritious diet, my life was never the same. Everything changed in the pandemic. As I could no longer play sports, I started exercising at home. What began as a way to keep my body moving has turned into a passion for healthy habits, including food and exercise.
Through research, I learned that eating the right amount of nutrients could boost my energy and alertness. Therefore, I decided to look for a nutritionist to make the necessary corrections in my regimen. Starting a diet based on natural foods, with no ultra-processed options, made my muscles grow, my skin smoother and my hair stronger, which took my self-esteem to the moon.
In conclusion, food also has the power to control our hormones. Learning this not only made my alimentary choices more conscious, but also made me value what I eat even more, having a positive impact on my anxiety and making my sleep more relaxing! And you?
