Do you imagine being killed just because of your religion? Jewish people had to go through that in World War II. The film “Schindler’s List” portrays that time and it shows us the horrors that happened in that period, and how bad people had lived.

The movie tells about the life of a guy named Oskar Schindler and what he did during the Holocaust. It shows how he saved a lot of Jewish people, by making a list with their names, and giving them posts at his factory, even though they couldn’t work well.

Schindler’s acts were important at that time because it helped some people, however lots of other people died. This period in history is marked by a genocide. When the militaries kidnapped and forced people to work and eventually killed them.

It’s necessary that people all over the world know about what happened in World War II. “Schindler’s List” is an easy way to learn more about that, because when you learn more about what happened in the past you avoid repeating the same mistakes.
