Not sleeping or sleeping very late can be very harmful to you. When you sleep late, in the morning, if you have to wake up early, you will be tired and you won’t have motivation to do things. When you don’t sleep, it is even worse! Because the next day you won’t have energy to do anything.
And, if you are going to sleep late, at least do something good. For example reading a book, studying, learning some curiosity, but, is better if you do these things early. Playing video games or doing something on the phone is really bad. The harm can be very bad. You can have memory problems, you may end up shorter than you should.
