On a rainy night, a husband, Michael, and his wife, Rose, were going to watch a movie in their house. Michael was still at work while Rose was preparing a soup so they could eat something during the movie.

Rose was dressing herself up and, while she put on her lipstick, she heard the front door opening. When she got to the living room, she saw a stranger wearing a mask and holding a rope. However, when she saw him it was already too late, he tied her hands and mouth so she couldn’t scream for help.

When Michael finally got home, he saw the door opened, and a paperclip on the floor that the kidnapper used to open the door, as well as her lipstick dropped and the soup that had been forgotten in the oven.

The last evidence was a letter, which said the kidnapper got his wife and would only let her go if he paid them ten thousand dollars.
