Have you ever stood in front of the mirror and said phrases reinforcing your values and qualities? If not, I truly recommend you to start right now. Emphasizing your values every day helps you to increase your self-confidence and your self- love.

Have you ever thought about starting to treat yourself the way you treat your friends, with less pressure and more compassion? When we talk about ourselves, it is crucial to understand that we are human, and we don’t need to blame or compare ourselves to other people because of small mistakes.

Furthermore, loving yourself also means taking care of your body, your partner through every experience in life. When you choose to treat your body with care, you’re sending a clear message: “I matter”.

Self-love takes time, patience, but the good news is that it can be built, little by little, through daily habits. So don’t give up on taking care of yourself, you matter and you deserve to be happy!
