Movies at home or at the cinema? Here we are going to talk about pros and cons.
Nowadays, it is very common to watch films on a streaming service as they release them very fast on the platforms. However, going to the cinema still offers some benefits, for example 3D experience, having a big screen and more social interaction.
Watching movies at home, using video on demand, has a plethora of valuable points. The comfort of your home, pause the movie to do something. Imagine you are in the cinema, and you need to pee, but if you go, you’re going miss a part of it, maybe an important one, so having the option of pausing is a wonderful feature. Besides, you have a variety of food, snacks. Who’s up for an Ifood? Do you want to watch a movie and eat something different from popcorn and candies? At home you can order anything, and you can also watch from Star Wars to Pokemon; the sky is the limit.
Nevertheless, either watching at home or at the cinema has its cons. For instance, in the cinema you can have a bad experience like someone kicking your seat, or even paying for a film that you didn’t enjoy, worse than that people talking during the session apart from expensive food. At home you have a bigger tendency for binge watching, sedentarism and staying indoors more than you should because of the movies.
