The new Demon Slayer arc was released on July 18, 2025, an extravagantly joyful Friday for the fans of the series. Containing 23 volumes, the Kimetsu no Yaiba manga finally began its anime’s final arc in Japanese cinemas, releasing the first film in the trilogy promised by Ufotable.

For five consecutive weekends, Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba: Infinite Castle has held the top spot at the box office, grossing 1.875 billion yen (69.29 million reais) to date, with 1,218,000 tickets sold, representing a decrease of only 2.23% from the previous weekend.

To date, the film has a total domestic gross of 25,782,656,600 yen (953.05 million reais), with 18,272,941 tickets sold in the 31 days since its release on July 18, 2025.

If the release of the first film blew up the Japanese Box Office, I wonder what beautiful, overwhelming chaos will take over our cinemas when it’s released here in Brazil.

The first film in the Infinity Castle arc is scheduled for release in Brazilian cinemas on September 11th. Ufotable, get ready, Brazilian Kimetsu no Yaiba fans are as savage as the demons themselves!

One possible piece of information is the fact that the other two films in the final trilogy will be released respectively in 2027 and 2029, with the expectation of returning to packed cinemas!
