Would you say that’s mental and physical health or related? If your answer is no, this article is for you. Some people say that they don’t hit the gym or don’t stick to a diet for the wrong reasons, such as “I can’t do it”. Little do they know that anyone can truly do it.
Going to the gym is not made only to get shredded, it’s also made to improve your mental well-being. You shouldn’t have a nice body to show-off to others, but for yourself. Having a body that you consider pleasant is mandatory to achieve inner peace. It doesn’t need to be athletic since it’s your opinion that matters.
Healthy activities are study-proven to prevent a massive amount of mental issues, such as dementia or depression. Cases of depression and anxiety have been exponential Rising, and coincidently the number of sedentary people is increasing as well. That’s more than a sign to start moving instead of tricking yourself with excuses if you want to increase your self-love.
