When we talk about things it is impossible not to speak about insomnia, we have many reasons for this. The teens are using social media before sleeping, probably this is the biggest factor for insomnia. The use of cell phones makes it difficult for teenagers to sleep and not be able to rest fully, since the cell phone lights make the brain unable to rest fully.

The  solution is simple, just stop using cell phones before sleeping, avoid carbohydrates at night and try to read.
