Lía lived in a shiny room, surrounded by windows, plants, and silence. From the outside, everything looked peaceful. But inside, Lía carried a big gray cloud, always floating above her head.

It made no noise and caused no storms, but it was there, heavy, dense and full of unspoken thoughts.

One day, a swallow flew in through the window and landed on the arm of the chair.

– Why is this quiet cloud here? It asked

– I don’t know – said Lía – it never leaves.

The swallow gently replied:

– Clouds like this just want to be heard.

Lía closed her eyes, took a deep breath, and for the first time, listened to what the cloud held. Slowly, it began to fade, like morning mist touched by sunlight.

Moral: Sometimes, all we need is to listen to what we feel, so the weight can go away.
