In 2025, we didn’t have an ordinary May, and that’s quite apparent. The iconic “Mother Monster” came to Rio de Janeiro and gave her fans what they had been waiting for. However, the expectations didn’t even come close to reaching the level of impact of this event.

When Lady Gaga announced her show, many got excited already, everyone was shocked about it being for free just like Madonna’s. That announcement brought people from all over Brazil and South America to this one city.

According to the City Hall of Rio de Janeiro, the show boosted the local economy, generating almost R$600 million! That happened because it attracted an estimated 2.1 million people to Copacabana Beach.

Changing topics, you must be wondering: how come there was space for this many people at the Copacabana’s hotels? Well, most of the ones who didn’t lodge there got the subway to the beach and back. It got chock-full of fans, but they didn’t mind.

Hours before the show, all the restaurants and bars were packed, and the fans had already guaranteed their spot in the crowd.

The beach was filled with panels which showed the presentation. So, even though you were far from the stage, you could appreciate the concert. And everyone did.

Now, it is even more clear that Lady Gaga is the GOAT of pop music, as she has won many awards throughout her career. To sum up, it’s undeniable that Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta is the best female musician of all time.
