Spending time on the internet is a common habit among teenagers and a lot of people nowadays. Social media gives us a lot of information about things that we like, countless ideas that the algorithm knows that we will enjoy and it’s normal that we like watching them. We don’t have to think and move our body, just a finger.

After an intense or boring day, we just want to relax and not think a lot.

But we’re spending hours and hours scrolling and ignoring all the things that we have to do. But then, we feel terrible and useless so we just want to come back to our phones and forget it all.

It’s difficult to stop. We see things that we enjoy without thinking or moving. But we have to change for ourselves and our minds. Don’t feel terrible after a time on Instagram or TikTok, it must be amazing, knowing how to control our time is an essential thing to make our life better.

So stop, think and do it. You can do it.
