When my parents are angry with me I feel very upset. I like to meditate when I am angry or upset.
I like to take care of myself because it is very important.
I eat vegetables and fruits like strawberry, banana, apple and grapes to be healthy. This is self-care and self-love.
Meditation, healthy meals and traveling are good for us. It is good for our self-esteem.
