Karen is not only an ordinary name. Have you ever heard about the “Karens”? Many people use that name to describe a certain kind of woman. Let’s read the article to find out more about it, shall we?

“Karens” are white middle aged or senior women who have a very specific way of behaving. They like everything to be their own way and enjoy complaining about things that annoy them. These women argue with literally anyone that dares to go against them.

If you haven’t understood what this expression means, I’ll give you an example: One day, I was in a drugstore paying for my products when, suddenly, I heard some yelling by my side. I had tried to understand what was going on. There was a woman shouting at a check out guy because he accidentally registered a product twice. Instead of talking to him like a normal, polite person, the woman started to argue with the poor man. Would you believe me if I said that the quarrel got worse? Well, it did. She asked to talk to the manager. Yep! The manager! And, because she is a “Karen”, she started yelling at him too. I had left the store and she probably continued to argue with them for at least 10 more minutes. To sum up, no one could stand such gross behavior.

So, Karens, if you’re reading this, please stop being so inconvenient. Say no to bigotry.
